I always keep a bag of this malt in my cabinet for using in my pizza dough recipe. I'm so glad I found Megan's Desserts because it's great malt at a low price and it arrives quickly and reliably. I hope they never stop selling it! :)

I have never used Malt powder in my breads before, and am happy to report that it has all the advertised attributes. The dough rose spectacularly well, had a nice spring in the oven, and made for a very nice crust and seemed to add a bit of flavor. I am ver pleased with my purchase, all around.
I put this in my pizza dough and it's great. This is good quality stuff at a great price.
