Looks like VWG, feels like VWG, made the same seitan I have weekly and the taste was on point, nice smooth wheaty flavor and very succulent texture, like a protein taffy. Equal to if not better in quality than the brand I usually get, Bobs mill, and cheaper per pound to boot.
This is a great product. I've used it to make lots of vegan recipes. I always feel great after eating what I made with this. I would describe it as having a clean creamy light taste and energizing.
