Highly recommended! Made a difficult baking project succeed03/01/2024 By Barbara Herman Making Vietnamese banh mi (sandwich bread) is not for the faint of heart. So when a YouTube recipe called for this dough improver, I thought — just use it. There's nothing more frustrating than spending time kneading dough, proofing it, only to bake it and have it turn out out hard as a brick.
I've never made this bread before, but my first stab at it was spectacularly successful, and I'll bet this dough improver helped. Soft on the inside, delicately crunchy on the outside.
I can't wait to try this on my other baking experiments.

Bánh mì Baguettes perfect07/26/2023 ByMark Z Used this for Bánh mì baguettes. No more trips to bakeries far away! They came out absolutely perfect. Thin thin crispy crunch when you break it, then huge open airy pockets and when slowly pulled apart the strands hang on like elastic. And now will try to incorporate into my longtime sourdough recipes next. Fantastic product, highly recommended.
