Making Vietnamese banh mi (sandwich bread) is not for the faint of heart. So when a YouTube recipe called for this dough improver, I thought — just use it. There's nothing more frustrating than spending time kneading dough, proofing it, only to bake it and have it turn out out hard as a brick.
I've never made this bread before, but my first stab at it was spectacularly successful, and I'll bet this dough improver helped. Soft on the inside, delicately crunchy on the outside.
I can't wait to try this on my other baking experiments.
Just finished baking bagels, pizza dough and challah bread all using the Dough Improver, and I can say that the bagels had a better and crispier crust and more tender on the inside, same with the challah bread. Will not bake any more yeast doughs without using the dough enhancer. Glad I found you.

Used this for Bánh ḿ baguettes. No more trips to bakeries far away! They came out absolutely perfect. Thin thin crispy crunch when you break it, then huge open airy pockets and when slowly pulled apart the strands hang on like elastic. And now will try to incorporate into my longtime sourdough recipes next. Fantastic product, highly recommended.
There are lots of products that claim to be dough improver/enhancer. You need to look at the ingredients. This is what you are looking for.
