I found that Minnesota Girl flour is wonderful. I purchased 10 lbs. (at double the cost) of flour via E-Bay since it is hard to find in the stores. Purchasing 50 lbs. for my needs was not a sound investment. I will certainly look for your products in the stores when the "hoaders" come to their senses, it ever. A premium product.
