Package arrived quickly and in a sturdy secure package, well labeled. Excuse me, got to get cooking now!
I have been using this chocolate for dipping caramels and truffles since 2010. I usually add about a ounce of cocoa butter per 2 pounds of chocolate to thin it out a bit.
For all other chocolate uses such as cookies, ganache, etc. I prefer Cacoa Barry Mi Amere.
The chocolate was packaged well and arrived quickly.
