I am very impressed with this product, I was disappointed when we sold our Pizza Shop because I missed the pizza, you can't just go buy High gluten flour anywhere and I was so excited to find, I will continue to purchase this flour for as long as they have it available. Now I just need to find some high quality garlic powder, I haven't found any yet with the high quality garlic power that you get from commercial food suppliers yet but I am still looking

I have been home-baking pizza for almost a year now, using mostly King Arthur AP flour mixed with bread flour or 00 flour. The first batch of crust I made with this flour was remarkably better--the crust was perfectly crisp-tender and the dough was a joy to work with. I was able to stretch it and "toss" it to shape without a single tear or without it shrinking up. I'm sold on this product.
