I have only had the opportunity to use the Power flour one time so far in an Italian bread recipe and I was really happy with the results. This review is more about the outstanding service I received when ordering the flour. I had a few questions about the product and shipping so I did talk with Megan's and I was extremely pleased with the effort that was made to answer my questions and the friendly attitude I was shown. The flour was shipped the same day I ordered it and was well packaged. I am a person who will complain if the need arises and give praise when its deserved. Flour was delivered on time and in good shape! This high protein flour is so great for pizza. We love it!
Great product and awesome service. In the midwest we can't get this flour and it makes the best pizza. The shipping is steep since it's weighs so much but still worth it, the cost per pizza is tiny! Plan on purchasing again once i run out!
I use this flour for pizza making parties at my house and this is the best price per pound of this type of flour I have been able to find online. On top of that, the flour was delivered only two days after I ordered it. Will definitely be using again!
