Extraordinary flour for pizza. I’ve tried various flours, but Trumps is the best in my opinion for flavor and workability.
Megan’s is the only source I am aware of for purchasing this flour under 50 lbs. Their 7 lb sample is ideal for what I need for home pizza making. (Mutti pizza sauce is good, unless you have a better option.)
Love this All Trumps flour, the high protein is awesome for bagels and I also mix it with fresh ground wheat flour and get great crumb. Being unbleached, it has great depth of flavor.
I can’t find it in any smaller than 50 lb bags. I’m a home pizza baker on weekends. Megan’s is great and the flour makes a fantastic pizza. Thank you
