Great for making rye bread. 03/28/2017

Love this stuff for making rye bread using medium to heavy rye flour. Using straight bread flour or First Clear always gave me poor results and a very dense loaf. The All Trump flour has a high enough protein content to handle a loaf made of medium to heavy rye. Most bread flours force you to stay with light or White rye flour. They just aren't strong enough for the heavier rye flours.
